FlowPilot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FlowPilot, a content workflow and publishing management platform operated by Aharon Schapira.

By accessing or using FlowPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

1. About FlowPilot

FlowPilot helps users manage content publishing workflows and upload media to social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have permission to manage any account you connect to the service.

3. Permitted Use

You may use FlowPilot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of any platform you connect.

4. Prohibited Use

• Accessing accounts without authorization
• Posting spam or deceptive content
• Violating copyright or intellectual property
• Uploading illegal or misleading content
• Violating the policies of connected platforms

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you publish or manage through FlowPilot.

6. Suspension

FlowPilot may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused or used in violation of these terms.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or performance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
